MX Air is seeking a highly analytical, execution-oriented Air Operations Enablement Manager to build the mechanisms, processes, systems and operational frameworks that will enable the next phase of Air network growth across MX.
This role is responsible for transforming Air from a collection of individual transportation initiatives into a scalable network capability. The successful candidate will lead carrier onboarding, launch readiness, operational process design, business requirements development, and cross-functional program execution across Air Transportation Services.
This position focuses on building the infrastructure that enables operational teams to scale efficiently. The role will act as the connective tissue between Air Operations, Network, AvSecy, Finance, Legal, Tech and external airline partners.
This individual will own the development of repeatable launch mechanisms, standard operating procedures, governance models, and business requirements that support new carriers, new airports, air operations, air sortation capabilities and expansion.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management skills with operational curiosity, process engineering capabilities, and the ability to influence across multiple organizations without direct authority.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will spend your time helping to launch and scale new capabilities across the network. One week you may be visiting an airport to support a new operational launch, while the next you are working with stakeholders to solve a process gap that is slowing execution. You’ll balance short-term priorities with longer-term improvements, diving into data, reviewing operational performance, and finding ways to make the network easier to scale. If you enjoy building new things, solving complex operational problems, and working across multiple teams, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to make an impact.
