Ship with Amazon (SWA) is looking for a Program Manager to join the Ops Integrations (OI) team. In this role, you will own and drive programs that enable seamless integration between SWA operations and internal/external stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with technology, operations, product, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Program Management: Own end-to-end program execution for ops integration initiatives — define scope, milestones, and success metrics; drive programs from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with Tech, Ops, Product, and Business teams to align on priorities, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery of integration workstreams.
Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing operational workflows, design scalable process improvements, and drive automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and defects.
Launch Management: Lead operational readiness for new integrations — develop SOPs, change management plans, and rollout strategies.
Metrics & Reporting: Define and track program KPIs; build mechanisms for regular reporting (WBR/MBR) and drive accountability through data-driven insights.
Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation plans and escalate appropriately.
Documentation: Maintain program artifacts including project plans, status updates, PRFAQ/BRDs, and post-mortems.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience
- 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience
- 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience using Microsoft Projects software
- Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
