The Rapid & Rural Logistics (R2L) team is seeking a Program Manager to drive strategic execution of complex analytics solutions across our high-growth operational businesses. R2L owns end-to-end customer fulfillment aspects including supply chain planning, distribution, central programs, delivery, and technology.
The PM will shepherd critical data initiatives across our Data Engineering, Data Science, and Business Intelligence teams while managing technical dependencies and driving operational excellence.
The PM will build capability development programs, enablement frameworks, and partnership mechanisms that transform R2L employees into AI-capable problem solvers who can build self-help tools and prototypes using their business knowledge.
Key job responsibilities
* Lead roadmap planning and execution of analytics programs while managing cross-functional dependencies across our data infrastructure.
* Translate the AI enablement vision into executable roadmaps, designing programs that transform employees into AI-capable problem solvers through scalable playbooks, role-based pathways (AI Explorer, Practitioner, Champion), and an AI Champions network that fosters a culture of AI-first thinking
* Partner with operations teams to influence strategic direction and drive operational excellence through data-driven solutions.
* Building workflows for standard processes and best practices for analytics operations.
* • Create transparency into team capacity, project pipeline health, and delivery velocity, escalating resource conflicts, dependency risks, and sequencing trade-offs to enable leadership to make informed investment decisions
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech teams experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
