At Amazon, our HR Regional Partners are known for their knowledge of HR policies, processes and tools. They act as the front-line consultants to the business supporting managers in creating positive employee experience and offering the best HR advice on people matters. HR Assistant role is critical in executing administration support in documents management and Employee Relations process.
Key job responsibilities
Coordinate bailiff processes for disciplinary process: document delivery, notification follow-up, documents verification, and full management of sanction documentation
Prepare and submit disciplinary packages to labor inspection authorities with summary letters and all supporting materials
Assemble litigation files in coordination with outside counsel, covering HR, payroll, and legal
Manage on-site bailiff visits: receive bailiffs, acknowledge notified documentation, and coordinate follow-up when initial attendance is not possible
Research, triage, and reassign incoming cases to appropriate owners based on scope, escalating to legal teams when required
Archive all case-related documentation in employee files, ensuring completeness, traceability, and compliance
Basic Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience
- Experience in confidential environments
- High proficiency in Arabic, French and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in human resources
- Bachelor's degree, or PhD
