Join Our Order Creation, Disputes & Reconciliation Team — Shape the Future of Removals Supply Chain
At Amazon, we are united by a single mission: to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers and make their lives easier. Across teams and geographies, we are working together to innovate, building the future one product, service, and idea at a time.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the India Removals Supply Chain Team and drive end-to-end ownership of order creation processes for VRET (Vendor Returns) and Liquidation channels, manage vendor and liquidator dispute resolution, and strengthen reconciliation reporting to ensure accuracy, transparency, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage VRET & Liquidation Order Creation: Own the end-to-end order creation process for vendor returns and liquidation removals, ensuring timely processing, accurate data capture, and adherence to SLAs.
Investigate & Resolve Vendor/Liquidator Disputes: Apply analytical thinking to identify root causes of vendor and liquidator disputes — including shipment-related, contract-related, invoice-related, and product-related issues — uncover process gaps, and provide actionable insights to support resolution and prevent recurrence.
Drive Reconciliation Reporting: Build and maintain reconciliation reports to track order accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure financial alignment between systems and stakeholders.
Automate Dispute Resolution & Reporting Processes: Use data insights to identify opportunities for automation in dispute handling, order creation workflows, and reconciliation reporting — reducing manual effort and improving turnaround time.
Support Process Improvement: Proactively recommend and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in dispute resolution, VRET/Liquidation order creation, and reconciliation cycles.
Build Dashboards & Metrics: Develop dashboards to monitor order creation health, dispute trends, reconciliation accuracy, and program performance — enabling early detection of issues and data-backed decision-making.
What We're Looking For:
Data-Driven Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills to dive deep into dispute data, order creation patterns, and reconciliation records — uncover root causes and simplify complex problems into clear, actionable steps.
End-to-End Ownership: Ability to manage the full lifecycle of dispute resolution, order creation, and reconciliation — from identifying gaps to delivering scalable solutions.
Invent and Simplify: Think beyond existing processes to develop new solutions that streamline dispute handling, order creation for VRET and Liquidation, and simplify reconciliation workflows.
Results-Oriented: Use data and automation to continuously improve dispute resolution rates, order accuracy, reduce turnaround time, and measure performance outcomes.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with FC teams, vendors, liquidators, finance, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution of dispute resolution and order creation processes.
If you're passionate about resolving complex disputes, driving operational excellence in supply chain processes, and building scalable solutions through data and automation, we'd love to have you on our team.
