We are looking for an experienced MHE Reliability Engineer to join our Global Central Reliability Team (GRCT). The MHE Reliability Engineer will become a member of the MHE Reliability team, focusing on maximising equipment reliability and operational performance of equipment.

Key job responsibilities
Provide Reliability Engineering expertise for critical MHE and Original Equipment Manufacturers. Working alongside site RME and MHE integrators
• Manage and support key vendor relationships for network wide issues
• Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects
• Monitor and enforce project schedules and quality with vendors or subcontractors including documentation management
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively influence, negotiate and communicate with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors
• Work with complex conveyance applications and processes.
• Lead and coordinate design efforts between internal teams and outside vendors to develop optimal solutions for the network, including equipment specification, material flow, process design, and site layout
• Inspect equipment in accordance with standards and procedures relating to material handling, processing and storage
• Develop maintenance standards, documentation and best practices for critical assets
• Work across multiple business units to help identify root cause and actions for major equipment downtime events
• Provide expertise for Crossbelt Sorters, Slat Sorters, Critical Conveyance and general MHE
• Forecasting end of life and recapitalization process creation and execution standards
• Develop and mentor network SMEs to improve asset performance, reliability, and site technical expertise
This role has a travel requirement of up to 50%. (domestic and international)
Basic Qualifications
- Experience working as a Reliability Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or related discipline
- Hands-on experience with material handling equipment (MHE) installation, operation and maintenance.
- Experience in delivering asset reliability programs with network rollout
- Critical conveyance experience & sorter experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (any field) or a related field from an accredited university
- In depth knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) systems and the ability to facilitate such systems for network rollout
- Experience and knowledge of modern CMMS and preventive/predictive maintenance techniques
- Experience working with and managing third party vendors
- Secured core professional qualifications such as: a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP); a Certified Maintenance RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance); FMEA/FMECA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis); Criticality Analysis; LCC (Life Cycle Cost) analysis and a Reliability Professional (CMRP)
