As a Brand Specialist within the AVS team, you will manage end-to-end vendor relationships for some of Amazon's most strategic brands on Amazon Now, our quick commerce channel. This is a high-pace, operationally intensive role that goes well beyond traditional vendor management.
What makes this role different?
Amazon Now operates with a level of daily urgency that sets it apart from standard retail. Vendors supply multiple fulfilment centers simultaneously, and operational challenges are a near-daily reality. Resolution windows are tight, and the cost of delay is immediate. You will be coordinating between vendors and Ops teams in real time in an environment that runs on rigor and pace.
Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end vendor relationships as the primary point of contact
• Resolve live supply and receiving issues with urgency in close coordination with Ops
• Define and deliver joint business plans across selection, availability, traffic, and conversion
• Partner with internal teams on priorities, event execution, and operational goals
• Audit performance metrics regularly and drive continuous improvement
• Regularly audit metrics to continually drive quality of the AVS experience and deliver targets
• Contribute to continuous enhancement and innovation within the AVS across MENA

Who we are looking for

• Background in FMCG, fresh, grocery, or quick commerce is a strong plus
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- 2+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- Experience working in a cross-functional or client-facing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in process improvement
- Experience managing large amounts of data
