Prime Business is Amazon Business’ membership program serving millions of organizations globally and representing the majority of Amazon Business GMS. Prime Business combines savings, procurement capabilities, operational convenience, and intelligent business features into a recurring customer relationship that drives long-term engagement and profitable growth for Amazon Business.
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented product leader to lead Prime Business across Europe. This leader will own the regional Prime Business strategy and operating performance across EU marketplaces, driving membership growth, customer engagement, partner alignment, and business outcomes in one of Amazon Business’ most complex and strategically important regions.
The EU Prime Business Leader will serve as the regional single-threaded owner for Prime Business performance, partnering closely with WW Product, Tech, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Finance, and country teams to scale Prime Business adoption and improve customer experience across EU markets.
This role requires strong business judgment, operational rigor, and the ability to navigate highly cross-functional environments. The successful candidate will balance regional customer needs, regulatory and operational complexity, and global strategy alignment while driving measurable improvements in Prime Business adoption, PB%GMS, paid plan engagement, and customer retention.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability, is comfortable operating through ambiguity, and can influence across organizations without direct authority. This is a highly visible role with regular interaction with regional and WW leadership teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience with end to end product delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
