Amazon MGM Studios' AI Studios team is seeking an Knowledge Management Lead to build the systems and processes that capture, organize, and surface production learnings across all AI-assisted projects. This role’s mission is empowering each production to have the accumulated and centralized knowledge so every production gets smarter and can leverage learning to date. You will partner with the product team, production leads, and AI artists to ensure every future production benefits from the accumulated knowledge of all prior productions.
Key job responsibilities
Build and manage a centralized knowledge catalogue capturing learnings, production experiment results, workflow implementations, tool evaluations, and best practices
Own the centralized process for how AI opportunities are identified, triaged, and routed across groups
Partner with the product team to develop and feed the intelligent knowledge layer with high-quality production data
Work across all AI Studios groups to capture production insights at key milestones through lightweight, low-friction mechanisms
Transform individual production successes into reusable playbooks, demo videos, and implementation guides organized by production type, workflow, and technical integration
Basic Qualifications
- Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities
- 5+ years in production operations, program management, and knowledge management
- Experience in entertainment, media production, or VFX — understands the language and workflows of production teams
- Experience building systems or processes that organize and surface information across multiple teams
- Experience with documentation, playbook, and video asset creation
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on familiarity with AI/GenAI tools or AI-assisted production workflows
- Experience building or managing knowledge bases, learning management systems, or data catalogues
- Experience working with product teams on AI/ML features
