Come build the version of reverse logistics that doesn't need us. Every day, Amazon Shipping customers hand us packages and Counters stores hand us returns. Every one of those pickups is a promise. When that promise is at risk Reverse Logistics and Driver Support (ROADS) is the team that catches it. We're good at catching. We need a Sr. Program Manager to help us build for the day we don't have to.
ROADS is the centralized layer that protects reverse logistics performance across Ship with Amazon (SWA) and Counters Returns. We own real-time intervention, resolve escalations end to end, and — this is the part that matters — we build the mechanisms that make those interventions unnecessary.
In this role you will:
• Own outcomes, not status decks.
• Launch, not inherit.
• Automate what you touch.
• Have real cross-functional influence.
Up to 10% travel may be required.

• Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success.
• Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with customer needs and technical team inputs.
• Bridge gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems, preventing common project pitfalls.
• Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from escalating into major issues.
• Regularly communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio, ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.
• Manage and communicate project budgets effectively.
