As our new Inside Sales Representative you will have the responsibility for selling Agilent Technologies products, solutions, and services to our valued customers across Chromatography (LC, GC, GC/MS, HPLC) and Spectroscopy (Atomic and Molecular). This includes instruments, software, and related accessories in a defined territory primarily through outbound and inbound sales activities via telephone, email and other digital methods.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Representing the company to the customers in all sales-oriented activities.
Focus on acquiring new customers, growing our wallet-share as well as retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers. These activities include quotations generation as well as all administrative tasks related to our internal systems.
Selling company instruments portfolio to end-user users in assigned territories, through multichannel inbound and outbound sales activities (phone, web chat, e-mail). Sales activities require technical knowledge of products and applications.
You will act independently but will also support a Field Sales team. Accountable to achieve team and individual sales quota.
For this position you will cover the Spanish market.

Qualifications

Qualifications

University Degree within Chemistry (ideally analytical chemistry). Alternatively, Biological/Life Sciences Degree.
First experience in/ knowledge of analytical techniques such as Chromatography (LC, GC, HPLC etc…) and /or Spectroscopy in a similar position or as an end user
Experience in Sales is a plus
Full proficiency in Spanish, but also a good level of English (written and oral)

Apart from these more technical skills, you should also have:

Efficient communication skills: verbal, written and listening
Excellent time-management skills as well as being able to work under pressure
Cooperative and proactive approach to problem-solving
The ability to understand customer requirements and balance customer expectations with Agilent's business needs.
Proactive with a “can-do” attitude and a natural instinct to deliver the highest-levels of customer service
Comfortable with digital tools (webchat, e-mails, social media, teleconferencing etc.)

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
