Job Description Strategic Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning- Partner with business leaders and HR to understand workforce plans and proactively develop talent strategies aligned to short- and long-term needs.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines, including for hard-to-fill, niche, and executive-level roles.
- Provide market insights, talent mapping, and competitor intelligence to inform workforce and capability decisions.
Strategic & Specialist Recruitment- Lead end-to-end recruitment for strategic and senior-level roles, ensuring high quality, tailored, and discreet engagement with top-tier candidates.
- Influence and guide leaders through the recruitment process, providing insights on talent availability, role design, and hiring best practices.
- Lead talent mapping and pipelining efforts to proactively build diverse, future-ready leadership pipelines.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast early talent needs and build annual campus hiring plans aligned to project demand and headcount for interns and graduate hires
- Build and manage relationships with universities, colleges, technical schools, and student organizations.
Process Improvement & Technology Enablement- Identify and implement recruitment process enhancements to drive efficiency, scalability, and improved candidate experience.
- Embed and optimise the use ofAI, automation tools , and recruitment platforms (ATS, CRM) in daily workflows and strategic sourcing.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence- Build trusted relationships with hiring leaders across the business, acting as a strategic advisor on talent acquisition matters.
- Confidently present recruitment strategies, insights, and data to senior stakeholders and support decision-making with evidence-based recommendations.
Reporting, Analytics & Insights- Create and deliver reporting on key hiring metrics, market trends, pipeline progress, and campaign success.
- Use data to measure performance, identify risks and opportunities, and continuously improve recruitment delivery.
Qualifications Qualifications & Experience- 8+ years recruitment experience in a similar high-volume industry e.g. construction, engineering, manufacturing
- Prior recruiting in Taiwan would be an added advantage
- Preferably with prior experience in managing early careers program
- Deep understanding of recruitment tools and technologies, including AI-enabled platforms, ATS/CRM systems, and recruitment analytics tools.
- Proactive, resourceful, and outcomes-driven
- Confident communicator and influencer
- Strong collaborator with a learning mindset
