Are you an experienced Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering complex, multi-discipline design and construction schemes into the Healthcare sector? Building on this success, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager with a proven history of achievement in a construction consultancy setting, and specifically with a prior focus on projects within the Healthcare sector.
Here’s what you’ll be doing- Delivering complex, multidisciplinary healthcare projects across all project lifecycle stages, from initial design through to handover, while ensuring client expectations, programme milestones and budget requirements are met.
- Maintaining regular and effective communication with clients, design teams, procurement, cost engineering, planning, construction, and OHS teams to ensure seamless project coordination, informed decision-making, and the timely resolution of issues.
- Providing effective contract administration across the NEC4 suite of contracts, proactively managing contractual processes, risks, and stakeholder obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Overseeing changes to project scope, ensuring they are effectively managed through formal change control procedures to minimise impacts on programme, cost, and quality, while tracking and reporting project progress.
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, proactively supporting business development activities, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Qualifications Ready to push the limits of what’s possible? _Here’s what we’re looking for:_
Minimum Requirements:- You will ideally be from a consultancy or client organisation with the ability to successfully support and lead construction projects.
- Pre and post contract design /project management expertise over the RIBA lifecycle
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- NEC4 Contract Administration (Accreditation highly regarded)
- Maintain accurate project records (both paper and electronic)
- Robust Stakeholder Management process
Preferred Experience/ Qualifications:- Academic Qualification – ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Master’s Degree
- NEC 3/4 accreditation
- Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE, APM or other equivalent institution
- Has clear understanding of NHS Scotland requirements, such as NHS Scotland Processes, Governance and Compliance.
