Join us. 職缺說明 本職缺隸屬於 AECOM 台灣的建築與人居環境部 (Building + Places)，部門專注於提供綜合性的建築設計、城市發展與基礎設施規劃服務。我們秉持 AECOM 全球的專業標準，以創新、永續與卓越品質為核心，致力於打造安全、宜居且高效的環境。 職務內容
- 擔任監造主任，負責公共道路的土建工程現場監造與管理，確保工程進度與施工品質符合計畫與規範要求。
- 進行施工品質查核與估驗，確保各項施工項目達到設計與技術標準。
- 參與施工會議進行技術討論與協調，並提供技術支援與問題解決建議。
- 釐清施工疑義，提供專業建議並協助解決工程現場問題。
- 督導施工廠商執行工地安全衛生管理，落實職安法規，確保作業安全。
- 撰寫並提交工程進度報告，記錄施工過程與品質檢驗結果。
- 5 年或以上公共工程(道路或土建)相關現場監造與管理經驗
- 具備專科或大學學歷，土木、建築或景觀相關科系畢業。
- 熟悉施工品質查驗、進度管控與工地安全衛生規範，具備解決施工過程中問題的能力。
- 流利中文及簡單英文能力，良好的溝通與協調能力，能與業主、設計單位及承包商保持良好合作。
- 熟悉AutoCAD、 Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint 和 Word，能夠有效運用這些工具進行工作匯報與溝通。
- 上班地點： 台南市區
- 上班時間： 星期一至五， 8:30 至 17:30
- 合約性質 ：此職缺為正式聘用(Permanent)，並視專案階段需求調整。
