Senior SEO Manager

Adobe is looking for a Latam / Brazil SEO Manager to coordinate organic search initiatives for Adobe Acrobat content strategy! We are committed to unlocking growth opportunities, refining content strategy, and ensuring that Acrobat remains the preferred solution for photo and imaging workflows. This role combines SEO strategy, content optimisation, content creation, and analytics to improve search prominence and generate meaningful engagement.
Joining our team, you will help craft SEO-focused content strategies that reflect customer intent, search patterns, industry developments, and Adobe’s wider marketing goals. Collaboration with marketing and product teams will ensure these strategies support the team’s and business’s key priorities.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement a content-focused SEO strategy for Adobe Acrobat to improve visibility and drive organic traffic growth.
- Undertake comprehensive keyword research and assess search intent, relying on tools like SEMRush, Adobe Analytics, and Google Search Console, to direct content planning.
- Identify and complete LLM/GEO optimizations, ensuring Acrobat content adapts to new search landscapes.
- Improve current content and spearhead the development of new SEO-focused content, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and standard methodologies.
- Collaborate with content strategists, UX designers, and marketing teams to craft SEO-friendly web experiences that drive engagement and conversions.
- Develop data-led hypotheses to refine content structure, search intent alignment, and optimise for long-term visibility.
- Analysing SEO performance, identifying key trends, reporting on impact, and spotting opportunities to grow content efforts.
- Recognize emerging trends and timely opportunities through search insights to guide content strategies and align marketing efforts.
What you need to succeed
- 7+ years of SEO experience, with a strong focus on content strategy SEO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMRush, Google Search Console, and content optimisation platforms.
- Strong analytical approach, with experience applying SEO analytics to develop content strategies and assess impact.
- Experience producing SEO-conscious content alongside content marketing and UX teams that seeks to operate as part of a funnel.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English is necessary; knowledge of Spanish is beneficial.
- Ability to analyse keyword trends, forecast performance, and report on core SEO metrics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable presenting SEO insights and recommendations across teams.
- Previous experience in content writing and editing is advantageous.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working on SEO for AI-powered products and adapting strategies for discovery driven by large language models.
- Experience scaling feature-led or product-led SEO programs.
- Familiarity with international SEO considerations and multi-market performance analysis.
- Confidence in influencing senior leadership and being a strong advocate for the SEO program.
