The Program Manager, Infusion Services, Gastro serves as the strategic business lead for the SKYRIZI Infusion Service Network (ISN), a critical component of AbbVie's gastroenterology commercial infrastructure. This role is responsible for developing and directing program strategy, conducting rigorous performance evaluation and return-on-investment (ROI) assessment, and delivering actionable recommendations to senior leadership to continuously optimize the ISN program and related infusion business initiatives.
The Program Manager functions as the primary cross-functional liaison, connecting Trade ISN program services, Market Access APEX (the data-processing function for ISN accounts), and the Gastro Account Manager (GAM) National field team. This individual oversees the design and execution of quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with ISN accounts, ensuring all reviews are grounded in meaningful metrics and oriented toward improving patient outcomes for SKYRIZI infusion therapy. The role also champions the development of additional evaluation tools required for ongoing program assessment and optimization.
Success in this position requires demonstrated executive presence, exceptional analytical and communication capabilities, and the ability to drive alignment across a complex matrix organization. The Program Manager will engage confidently with both internal leadership and external partners, translating data and insights into compelling, strategic narratives.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of thisposting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
