La fourchette de rémunération prévue pour ce poste est de 93,463 à 114,233, ce qui comprend le salaire de base ainsi que la rémunération incitative variable, le cas échéant. Cette fourchette représente une estimation faite de bonne foi pour ce poste.

The impact you will have in this role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will have the opportunity to draw on your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. By joining the company, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Provide technical support and participate in troubleshooting during various equipment breakdowns;
Plan and coordinate maintenance work to be carried out on different production equipment in order to minimize equipment downtime;
Organize work according to department objectives and production deadlines;
Provide the necessary supervision to ensure the safe management of various maintenance activities to be performed;
Create work orders based on identified needs;
Monitor work progress to ensure it is completed on time;
Participate in daily meetings with the maintenance team to discuss daily objectives, results achieved, and communicate important information;
Help maintain a harmonious and collaborative work environment within the team and promote the company’s culture, values, and policies;
Perform any other tasks related to the role.

The expected compensation range for this position is 93,463 to 114,233, which includes base salary as well as variable incentive compensation, if applicable. This range represents a good-faith estimate for this position.
