Job Description:
As Manual Payments Senior Analyst you will play a key role to ensure effective oversight and control of the manual payment process in the division of Americas Operation. This role will provide day‑to‑day support to the manual payments team, strengthen compliance with internal control requirements, and improve the accuracy and timeliness of payment execution. The Manual Payment Senior Analyst will serve as payment initiation and authorized payment approver (required 6 eyes check), ensuring proper segregation of duties and reducing operational and financial risk. The individual should demonstrate an autonomous approach and independence in terms of comprehensive process management, responsibility for assigned tasks and problem solving.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: in Accounts Payable/Manual Payments/ Treasury dept. or proven previous similar experience
Advanced language as required (Advanced English/Spanish/Portuguese)
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
